Rissa Razzi,   is a New Jersey personality, Fashion Designer, and Performer. She rose to prominence as a cast member on the VH1 series You're Cut Off! and has since expanded her brand into fashion and comedy events. She is widely recognized for her high-energy "Jersey girl" persona.

Born in Trenton, New Jersey, in an Italian-American neighborhood of  (Chambersburg),  Rissa was given the nickname  "JerzyBIing" from her bold personality & sparkly fashion. As a child, Rissa was featured in commercials, beauty pageants and was a natural performer.   

Rissa also had a passion for Fashion, mainly inspired by her Mother's unique way of styling her as a child.  So, Rissa decided to pursue and earn a BFA in Fashion Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC. Rissa opened a Fashion Business and styled some of Jersey's Finest from Housewives of NJ to MTVs Jersey Shore.

Rissa’s relationship with her Italian American Mother has played a big role in her career, comedy & TV shows. She is a Creative Consultant for several TV shows and sold concepts based off of her original skits, such as the Mother/Daughter docu-series “Smothered on TLC.

Now, Rissa's bringing her over the Top JerzyBling World Center Stage, performing alongside her mother.
